Published Releases:

The East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC) will make its maiden debut at the Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture & Agrotourism International Show 2010 (MAHA 2010) which will take place from November 26 to December 5, 2010 at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS), Selangor.

Set to be the prime agricultural event in the region, ECERDC is ready to make its presence felt at the exposition with a showcase highlighting the uniqueness of agriculture initiatives in the East Coast Economic Region (ECER).

The key success factors in ECER agriculture projects lie in the adoption of large-scale commercial farming, modern technologies, being private-sector driven and the use of holistic approaches in leveraging the full value chain within the industry.

With the latest information on agriculture projects ranging from crops to fisheries, investors are encouraged to explore the vast opportunities that are available in ECER’s agriculture cluster.
