Malay Reserve Land

To optimise the development potential of Malay Reserve Land in the Region, the ECER will set up the ECER Real Estate Trust (RET) with capitalisation from the Government under the ECER Development Council. Land owners will have the opportunity to participate in property development by injecting land as equity into the Real Estate Trust (RET). Through the shares in the RET, the land owners will benefit through the payment of dividends and capital gains.
