	Tenders are invited from Bumiputera status contractors registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) under Class ‘A’ Head I Sub-Head 1 and Head II Sub Heads 1, 2(a) & 5 registered with Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) in Grade G7 category CE 21 and B 04, possessing the relevant experience and proven track record of having successfully completed building and infrastructure works with contract value not less than RM25 million in a single (1) contract within the last five (5) years; AND shall have experience in construction and completion of farm establishment or landscaping works or any similar nature of works with contract value not less than RM1 million in a single (1) contract within the last five (5) years and registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) under Head VI Sub Head 2 OR by engaging a sub-contractor having the above experience and registration and who are still permitted to tender at this time to carry out the following works: APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF ONE HUNDRED (100) UNITS OF HOUSES, FIVE (5) UNITS OF MANAGEMENT QUARTERS, AMENITIES , FIFTY TWO (52) ANIMAL PRODUCTION UNITS (APU), FODDER PLOT AND OTHER ASSOCIATED FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF BESUT SETIU AGROPOLITAN (BSA) PROJECT, PANCHUR BEDERU, SETIU, TERENGGANU DARUL IMAN.
