Tenders are invited from Bumiputera status contractors and registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) under Class ‘A’ Head I Sub-Head 1 and Head II Sub-Head 1 & 2a, registered with Construction Industry Development (CIDB) in Grade G7 category CE 01, CE 21 and B 04, possessing the relevant experience and proven track record of having successfully completed building and infrastructure works with contract value not less than RM14 million in a single (1) contract within the last five (5) years and who are still permitted to tender at this time to carry out the following works:

THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN (213) UNITS OF HOUSES, TEN (10) UNITS MANAGEMENT QUARTERS, AMENITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PEKAN AGROPOLITAN PROJECT (PAP) AT KAWASAN 2, TANJUNG BATU, MUKIM BEBAR IN THE DISTRICT OF PEKAN, PAHANG DARUL MAKMUR.

Tender Documents will be sold starting from 8 July until 9 July 2010 from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm at the East Coast Economic Region Development Council Offices at Kuala Lumpur Office, Level 69, Tower 2, PETRONAS Twin Towers, 50088 Kuala Lumpur and Pahang State Office, No. B8002, Sri Kuantan Square, Jalan Teluk Sisek, 25050 Kuantan, Pahang.

Tender briefing and site visit is compulsory.
Tender briefing and site visit will be held on 8 July 2010 (11am) at:

Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Pekan, Pekan,
Pahang Darul Makmur.
