Major Responsibilities

 

  1. Branding Management
  • Assisting Manager Brand & Events in planning, implementation and monitoring of annual Branding strategy plan to ensure optimal Branding opportunities and awareness of ECER events/projects through various communications channels of ATL & BTL.
  • Liaise and effectively discuss an efficient Branding plan with the creative agency according to the Company’s Branding directions.
  • Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of the planned Branding programs through the agreed performance indicators.

 

  1. Communications Management

 

2.1 Marketing Communications

  • Assist in the conceptualization, strategizing and execution of  all marketing communications programs and collaterals  to enhance the image of all ECER projects, for a continuous branding exercise which includes :
  1. Work together with product owners to prepare product / project brief for production of new collaterals as well updates on produced / current available collaterals.
  2. Brief creative agency on the production of required collaterals as well as media plan / advertisement requirement.
  • Solicit cost estimates and negotiate pricing.
  1. Monitor, quality control and arrange for necessary approval on production of collaterals.
  2. Prepare relevant documents related to expenses and payment including Quotation Plan and Management Paper for management approval.

 

2.2 Event Management

  • Assist in coordinating and managing of ECER Corporate & Investment Promotion Events – drive, brief consultants in preparing for necessary materials and arrangements for an event which includes :
  1. Work together with product owners to prepare product / project brief for event planning and management.
  2. Brief event agency on the event related requirements.
  • Solicit cost estimates and negotiate pricing.
  1. Monitor, quality control and arrange for necessary approval on event planning and management.
  2. Prepare relevant documents related to expenses and payment including Quotation Plan and Management Paper for management approval.

 

2.3 Guardian of ECER Corporate Identity (CI)

  • Assist in ensuring the Corporate Identity guideline is adhered to throughout all corporate and marketing communications programs which includes:
  1. To vet through all outgoing promotional communications materials and ensuring them to be in line with the CI.
  2. Constant random checks on corporate stationeries to ensure printing adherence to the CI.
  • Coordinate creative designs and production of all corporate communications materials (ads, gifts, festive greeting cards, etc) in accordance to the CI.

 

 

 Requirements

 

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, preferably in Advertising and Public Relations or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing or any other related discipline from recognized University.
  • Minimum four (4) years working experience in the area of communications.
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Branding and Communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Ability to multi-task at all times, manage tight deadlines and provide the best solutions during difficult situations.
  • Creative and pro-active, with editorial skills and a sharp eye for details.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage time for peak performance.
  • Pleasant personality.
