POSITION SENIOR EXECUTIVE, INVESTMENT SECRETARIAT
DIVISION INVESTOR MANAGEMENT

Major Responsibilities

 

  • Preparation of reports and presentation slides for meetings :
    • ICC Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan & Johor

 

  • Secretariat of Pre-EIST and EIST Meeting:
    • Coordinate and organise pre-EIST and EIST meeting
    • Preparation of opening remarks and minutes
    • Checking all paper and presentation slides for pre-EIST and EIST meetings
    • Attending final discussion to finalise EIST papers and slides
    • Updating pocket incentive book
    • Updating incentives forms accordingly

 

  • Secretariat for NCI Preparation:
    • Attending final discussion with IEs to finalise NCI papers
    • Checking all paper and presentation slides for NCI meeting
    • Checking on draft approval letters and responsible for the amendments (if required) by NCI committee
    • Documenting NCI’s approvals

 

  • Secretariat of TERAJU @ ECER:
    • Coordinate and organise TERAJU pre-FFC and FFC meeting
    • Preparation of opening remarks and minutes
    • Prepares all papers and presentation slides for pre-FFC, FFC and FFAC meetings
    • Ensuring the SOP is updated for TERAJU @ ECER
    • Documenting TERAJU @ ECER approvals and updating database

 

  • Profiling of Approved Investments:
    • Initiate and foster contacts with approved investor to ensure compliance in monitoring process via telephone call, meetings and site visits
    • Evaluate first date of qualifying expenditure for ITA’s investors
    • Ensuring the SOP is updated for post approval process

 

  • Secretariat of Expatriate Meeting (EET):
    • Coordinate and organise EET meeting
    • Preparation of opening remarks and minutes
    • Checking all paper and presentation slides for EET meeting
    • Documenting EET approval and updating database on expatriate

 

  • Secretariat of Knowledge Workers Meeting (EKWT):
    • Coordinate and organise EKWT meeting
    • Preparation of opening remarks and minutes
    • Checking all paper and presentation slides for EKWT meeting
    • Documenting EKWT approval

 

  • Database Management:
    • Updating database for all approvals and post approvals information
    • Prepares report on monthly basis for reporting to the management

 

  • General Accountabilities:
    • Prepares and implements activities including administrative task for investment management division.
    • Develop and demonstrate; to be competent, capable, strong initiative and value added input in all tasked assigned to achieve superior performance.
    • Establish and foster good working relationship with relevant government agencies/authorities, industry associations and external agencies.
    • Perform other related duties as required.

 

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance / Economics or any other related disciplines from a recognized University include a high degree of communication skills and team work ability
  • Minimum four (4) years of working experience in investor management.
  • Competence in computer skills (word, excel, power point, basic concept and usage of database management system).
  • Strong networking is an added advantage.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge in foreign languages, especially Chinese dialects, is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel locally.
