The ECER Development Plan 2026 to 2030 charts the Region\u2019s direction for sustainable growth, supported by 24 flagship projects under RMKe 13. Four key thrusts which are Food Basket, Creating Destinations, Hard to Abate Manufacturing and Marine Industry drive this strategy, enabled by renewable energy and logistics.<\/p>

EMP 2.0 guided ECER\u2019s growth from 2018\u20132025 through a strategic framework that positioned the Region as the Gateway to ASEAN and Asia Pacific. The plan emphasised high-impact projects, Industry 4.0 opportunities, and people-centred programmes to move the Region up the value chain.<\/p>
