Major Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Plan, prepare and coordinate with other divisions to finalize the budget requirement for the RMK budget application and subsequent annual Development Budget.<\/li>\n
  2. Facilitate the key-in of budget application into MyProjek System and update the financial status on a monthly basis or \u201cas and when\u201d required by ICU, JPM.<\/li>\n
  3. Facilitate the application of Notice of Change (NOC) for project whose scope and\/or cost have varied from original approval particularly the budget and cost.<\/li>\n
  4. Coordinate with various divisions on refinement of project scope and corresponding cash flow requirements based on the approved budget.<\/li>\n
  5. Work closely with various divisions to monitor the utilization of Development Budget,\u00a0 identify gaps, provide intervention and update Senior Manager for escalation to Management.<\/li>\n
  6. Review application of (internal) Budget Transfer by Project Teams and facilitate the approval process.<\/li>\n
  7. Review project financial update submitted by Project Teams, analyze the utilization of Development Budget and provide update Senior Manager.<\/li>\n
  8. Prepare and update revised cash flow and Development Budget utilization and provide analysis to Senior Manager.<\/li>\n
  9. Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  10. Maintain good working relationship with the relevant Federal and State Government agencies\/authorities and other related stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  11. Provide intervention measures for improvement of work processes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Position Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Possess a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Quantity Survey\/ Business Administration\/ Accounting\/ Economics\/ Finance or other related fields from a recognised university.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum six (6) years of relevant working experiences in construction\/project management and reporting roles of substantial similar core business areas as ECERDC.<\/li>\n
    • PMP qualification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n
    • Able to collate information and organise material into manageable form.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to do analysis and application of collected data\/information to resolve problems is highly required.<\/li>\n
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, MS Project\/Primavera applications is an added advantage.<\/li>\n
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective sourcing of required information from various sources and required tactful dealings with relevant staff, management and other key stakeholders of ECERDC.<\/li>\n
