Fisheries

ECERDC is taking a proactive approach to develop the fisheries industry in the Region, emphasising on value-added activities to further sustain existing fisheries activities and create new opportunities such as fish-based food processing for both local and export markets.

ECERDC is developing the spectrum of upstream and downstream activities in the fisheries value-chain. This will have spillover effects, creating new economic opportunities.
