{"id":40502,"date":"2026-10-06T15:07:40","date_gmt":"2026-10-06T07:07:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.100.147\/?post_type=vacancies&#038;p=40502"},"modified":"2026-10-06T15:07:40","modified_gmt":"2026-10-06T07:07:40","slug":"senior-executive-financial-management-accounting","status":"publish","type":"vacancies","link":"https:\/\/www.ecerdc.com.my\/ms\/vacancies\/senior-executive-financial-management-accounting\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Executive, Financial &#038; Management Accounting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin: 0 0 8px 0;\"><strong>POSITION\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : SENIOR EXECUTIVE, FINANCIAL &amp; MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 8px 0;\"><strong>DIVISION\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : FINANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 25px 0;\"><strong>LOCATION\u00a0\u00a0 : PUTRAJAYA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 15px 0;\"><strong>Major Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 30px; margin-top: 0; list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Timely preparation of monthly management reports for presentation to the management.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Timely and proper recording of the projects costs undertaken by ECERDC into the financial system.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Timely preparation of the statutory accounts that comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements for Management\u2019s approval.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Perform the end-to-end fixed assets processes to enable accurate and timely financial and management reporting.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Timely preparation and submission of annual tax computation\/ estimate\/ return that is in accordance with the corporate tax laws and regulations, for management approval.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Ensure timely processing of journal entries into the accounting system.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Maintain the General Ledger, Accounts Receivables and Fixed Assets modules in SAP Financial System.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Ensure that transactions relating to Accounts Receivable are taken up in the accounting system on a timely basis and are accurate, including monitoring of the collection of receivables.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 25px;\">Perform any other duties as directed by the Superior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nPosition Requirements<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 30px; margin-top: 0; list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Possess a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in\/ Accounting\/ Finance from a recognised University and\/or Professional Certificate in Accounting e.g. Malaysian Institute of Accountants, ACCA.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Minimum five (5) years of working experience in any Finance, Accounts and Taxation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Possess excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">High integrity, ethics and professionalism.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Excellent analytical, problem-solving and paper presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Meticulous and well-organized in handling tasks and meeting strict deadlines.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Possess good follow-up skills and able to maintain strict confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Able to work independently under minimum supervision.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Experience in using SAP Financials is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-40502","vacancies","type-vacancies","status-publish","hentry","entry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.ecerdc.com.my\/ms\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vacancies\/40502","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.ecerdc.com.my\/ms\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vacancies"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.ecerdc.com.my\/ms\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/vacancies"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/www.ecerdc.com.my\/ms\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vacancies\/40502\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":40504,"href":"https:\/\/www.ecerdc.com.my\/ms\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vacancies\/40502\/revisions\/40504"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.ecerdc.com.my\/ms\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=40502"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
