Senior Executive, Empower ECER

POSITION                    : SENIOR EXECUTIVE, empower ECER


LOCATION                 : PUTRAJAYA


Major Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide guidance to Regional Office (RO) in program monitoring, progress reporting, participants’ engagement, event management, engagement with local government agencies and schools, post-training income verification for Skills & Entrepreneurship participants.
  • Review the factsheet and speeches submitted by RO and liaise with Corporate Affairs Division (CAD) and subsequently CEO Office for approval.
  • Coordinate and review the progress reports submission by Service Providers and RO to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Create and maintain the SAP Project System structure (Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Network and Internal/External/Costs activities).
  • Process invoice payments in SAP Project System and generate Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) upon approval of payments in the Steering Committee Meeting (SCM) and when complete documentation is submitted.
  • Coordinate Technical Committee Meetings (TCM) and prepare the Minutes of Meeting (MoM) to ensure all the deliverables by Service Providers such as contact hours, events organized, KPI achievement as per contract are captured accurately for Manager’s review.
  • Prepare the Variation Order Addition (VOA) paper for Manager’s Review.
  • Techno-Commercial Evaluation Committee member and responsible in Technical or Commercial evaluation in tender related to empower ECER programme.
  • Liaise with ECERDC Regional Offices.
  • Coordinate and communicate tasks assignment to RO related to the implementation of empower ECER programme.
  • To take up issues related to programme implementation and participants reported by RO with superior or other relevant authorities.
  • Develop and maintain working-level partnership with the relevant Agencies, Service Providers and other divisions within ECERDC to facilitate the project implementations.
  • Engage with all the relevant stakeholders from schools, district education office, district office, state and federal agencies.
  • Prepare the Management Information Sheet (MIS) for budget approval in the amount of less than RM100k.
  • Prepare the Operation Expenditure (OE) on monthly basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Position Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Accountancy/ Finance or any other related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of working experience in any related field.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English (writing and speaking).
  • Mobile, flexible and willing to travel extensively.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
  • Has confidence to communicate and meet people/stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Work commendably under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
