POSITION : SENIOR EXECUTIVE- INVESTMENT STRATEGY & MARKETING
DIVISION : INVESTOR MANAGEMENT

Major Responsibilities
- ETEP Execution
- Promotion of ETEP Program
- Coordinate and organize ETEP AC meeting.
- Preparation of ETEP documentation
- Carry out evaluation of ETEP application.
- Conduct site auditing.
- Execute disbursements of payments to the companies
- Market Research and Analysis
- Assist in conducting comprehensive market research to understand the economic landscape, industry trends, and competitive environment in Northwest China.
- Assist in Identifying key sectors with high investment potential and analyze market entry barriers, regulatory requirements, and local business practices.
- Development and Execution of Marketing Activities
- Assist in developing and implementing an annual marketing calendar.
- Assist in planning and managing the marketing budget.
- Assist in organizing and executing investment promotion activities, including site visits, seminars, webinars and conference speaking engagements.
- Assist in cross-cluster foreign investment missions.
- Prepare papers and slides for ad hoc management reports related to investments and cross-divisional efforts.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Update WMM slides and prepare MC report
- Prepare MC report.
- Prepare MIS and PRC slides.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings when necessary

- Manage, maintain effective and sustainable relations with relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
- Develop, demonstrate: to be competent, strong initiative and value-added input in all tasks assigned to achieve superior performance.
- Establish and foster good working relationships with relevant government agencies/authorities, industry associations and external agencies.
Position Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration / accounting / finance / economics or any other related disciplines from a recognized University.
- Minimum four (4) years of working experience in investor management/ marketing and promotion works.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good report writing skills and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English. Knowledge in foreign languages, especially Chinese dialects, is an advantage.
- Willing to travel both locally and overseas.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with government agencies, chambers of commerce, and business associations.
- Knowledge of the investment landscape and economic development within the ECER.
