POSITION : SUPPORT STAFF
LOCATION : PUTRAJAYA
Major Responsibilities
- To provide assistance to the personnel in the Department as and when required.
- To perform administrative and general office support services for the Department.
- To ensure timely delivery of documents to other ministries and agencies.
- To ensure all relevant documents are filed or archived accordingly.
- To prepare Travel and Advance Request (TAR) Form for Department’s staff in timely manner.
- To book rooms for Department’s personnel if they are required to travel.
- To ensure that all logistical needs are made available for all meetings held in the Main Meeting Room.
- To work on data analysis or preparation of presentation slides as and when required.
- To record and distribute any correspondences from the Department to all General Managers.
- To assist in key-in the Matters Arising from various internal meetings i.e., Management Committee (MC), Weekly Management Meeting (WMM) and Management Paper in the Paper Review Committee (PRC) meeting.
- To assist with the preparation of MC meetings attendance list, booking of refreshments for MC and WMM.
- Perform any other duties as assigned for the smooth operation of the Department.
Position Requirements
- Possess at least SPM certification or a Diploma in Secretarial Science, Corporate Administration, Office Management, or any other related discipline from a recognized University.
- Minimum three (3) years working experience in administrative functions.
