ECER Talent Enhancement Programme (ETEP) is a human capital development programme aimed at ensuring adequate manpower that matches the industry’s requirements in the East Coast Region. Through ETEP, ECERDC actively supports the Rakyat and investors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The programme has two target groups:

i. For individuals
The programme provides in-demand, certified technical skills and value-adding reskilling and upskilling courses to enhance their employability.

ii. For companies
The programme provides support for investors, SMEs and entrepreneurs in ECER to reskill and upskill their workforce.
