Tenders are invited from Contractors registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) under Class C Head II Sub-head 2(a), 5 & 7 and registered with CIBD Grade 4 or G5 and has experience in construction of similar works (i.e. renovation or fit-out works or Commercial / Office and Industrial Building) with minimum of RM 0.5 Million in a single contract within the last 5 years and who are still permitted to tender at this time to carry out the following works:
Tender documents will be sold starting from 17 until 19 March 2010 from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm at the ECERDC Offices in Kuala Lumpur and Kuantan.
Only tenderers who have attended tender briefing and site visit are qualified to purchase the Tender Documents.
Tenderers are required to attend the tender briefing and site visit. Tenderers are also requested to confirm their interest to attend the briefing by calling ECER Development Council at 03-2035 0020/21.\
