Tender Out for Construction of 350 Units of Houses for South Kelantan Agropolitan

ECERDC today publishes in the local newspapers tender notices for the construction and completion 350 units of houses including mixed farming plots, public amenities and infrastructure works for the South Kelantan Agropolitan (SKA) in Rantau Manis, Gua Musang, Kelantan (Package 3).
Tenders are invited from Bumiputera contractors registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) under Class ‘A’ Head I & II, registered with CIDB Grade 7, having relevant experience in the construction of residential development with a minimum value of RM15 million in a single contract for the last 10 years.
Tender documents will be sold from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm at the East Coast Economic Region Development Council offices from 25 to 27 November 2009 at:
• ECERDC Kuala Lumpur Office, Level 69, Tower 2, Petronas Twin Towers, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, and
• ECERDC Kelantan State Office, Ground Floor & Mezzanine, Lot 137 & 138, Bangunan Sutera Inn Prima, Jalan Dusun Muda, Off Jalan Bayam, 15200 Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
The closing date for submission of completed tender documents is on or before 3.00 pm, 16 Disember 2009.
