Masjid Kampung Laut was originally built in Kampung Laut, Nilam Puri, and is recognised as one of the oldest mosques in Malaysia. Due to frequent flooding at its original riverside location, the mosque was carefully relocated as part of a conservation initiative to preserve its historic structure. Today, it serves as an important religious and cultural tourism landmark, reinforcing Kelantan’s heritage identity while supporting the surrounding visitor and services ecosystem.

Kuala Terengganu Drawbridge, together with supporting infrastructure works along Muara Utara and Muara Selatan, has significantly improved urban connectivity and traffic flow across the city. These enhancements strengthen access to waterfront, commercial and tourism areas, creating a more integrated urban setting that supports future development and private investment opportunities.

Kerteh Biopolymer Park was developed as a dedicated industrial ecosystem for bio-based and specialty chemical industries. Leveraging Terengganu’s established petrochemical base, KBP provides infrastructure and facilities to support downstream manufacturing, innovation and higher value-added industrial activities.

Teluk Lipat Coastal Protection Works were implemented to mitigate coastal erosion while safeguarding public amenities and tourism assets along the shoreline. This project enhanced the resilience of the coastal environment, supported sustainable tourism activities, and preserved the area’s attractiveness as a recreational destination.

Kuala Berang Sheep Breeding and Innovation Centre was established to strengthen the livestock value chain through improved breeding, farm management and knowledge transfer. The centre supports local farmers and entrepreneurs while contributing to the development of a more structured and productive livestock industry in the Region.

BesutSetiu Agropolitan Project focused on uplifting rural communities through organised agricultural activities and income-generating programmes. By integrating farming operations with supporting infrastructure and community facilities, the project improved livelihoods while strengthening the local agri-based economy.

Telaga Papan Goat Farm was developed as a nucleus farm to support goat breeding and downstream livestock activities. The project created employment opportunities, enabled participation by satellite farmers, and contributed to the growth of small-scale livestock entrepreneurship in the surrounding communities.

The upgrading of the hybrid solar system in Pulau Kapas improved the reliability and sustainability of power supply on the island. The expansion of Kuantan Port, including the construction of breakwater and supporting external infrastructure, has strengthened the Port’s capacity to handle larger vessels and higher cargo volumes. This development enhances regional trade efficiency, improves maritime safety, and reinforces Kuantan’s role as a strategic gateway supporting industrial and logistics activities in ECER.

Ganchong Water Treatment Plant, together with a 41-kilometre water distribution pipeline linking Ganchong, Pekan and Tanjung Agas, has significantly improved water supply reliability across key growth areas. This infrastructure supports industrial development, urban expansion and investment readiness by ensuring stable access to treated water.

Kuantan Port City was developed as an integrated industrial and logistics hub that complements port operations and surrounding industrial zones. The development provides a structured environment for port-related industries, logistics services and commercial activities, supporting the broader maritime and manufacturing ecosystem in Pahang.

Panching Water Treatment Plant enhances water supply capacity for Kuantan and surrounding areas, supporting residential growth and industrial demand. The project strengthens basic infrastructure readiness, which is critical for sustaining investment activity and urban development.

Pekan Automotive Park was developed as a dedicated automotive and mobility manufacturing hub, providing serviced industrial land and infrastructure to support vehicle assembly, component manufacturing and related activities. The Park strengthens ECER’s manufacturing base and supports the growth of automotive supply chains.

The Park enables businesses to tap into domestic and export halal markets while supporting value-added food and consumer goods industries.

Herbal Integrated Cluster Development in Chegar Perah was implemented to strengthen the herbal and bio-based industry ecosystem. The project supports cultivation, processing and downstream activities, enabling value creation across the herbal supply chain while promoting rural economic participation.

Rompin Integrated Pineapple Plantation was developed to scale up commercial pineapple cultivation through structured farming and aggregation. The project supports agro-industrial development by linking primary production with processing and market access, strengthening ECER’s food and agribusiness ecosystem.

The Pekan Lama Heritage Revitalisation Project focused on restoring and enhancing historic buildings and public spaces within Pekan Lama. The project strengthens cultural tourism, preserves heritage assets and revitalises the town’s traditional economic activities.

Tanjung Penyabong Waterfront was developed to revitalise the coastal area into a vibrant public and tourism space, enhancing the visitor experience while supporting local businesses and community activities. The project improved accessibility, public amenities and the overall waterfront environment, strengthening Mersing’s appeal as a coastal tourism destination and complementing surrounding marine and hospitality activities.

Mersing Harbour Centre was developed as a key maritime and tourism gateway, integrating ferry operations, commercial activities and public spaces in one centralised location. The project improved passenger handling, enhanced safety and comfort, and supported Mersing’s role as the main transit point to nearby islands, reinforcing the district’s tourism and service ecosystem.

Medan Ikan Bakar Endau was established to formalise and enhance the local seafood dining area, providing improved facilities for vendors and a more comfortable experience for visitors. The project supports local entrepreneurs, strengthens the food tourism offering, and contributes to the vibrancy of Endau as a coastal stop for domestic and visiting travellers.

Infrastructure upgrades at Taman Negara Johor Endau-Rompin were implemented to improve access, visitor facilities and conservation support within one of Malaysia’s most significant rainforest reserves. These improvements strengthened eco-tourism offerings, enhanced visitor safety and comfort, and reinforced the park’s role as a key nature-based tourism asset in southern ECER.

Kampungstay Air Papan Tourism Development was designed to promote community-based tourism by enhancing village accommodation, amenities and visitor facilities. The project enabled local residents to participate directly in the tourism economy while offering visitors an authentic coastal village experience, supporting inclusive and sustainable tourism growth in Mersing.

Endau–Mersing Fish Processing Park was developed to strengthen the fisheries value chain through modern processing facilities, improved hygiene standards and better logistics support. The project enhanced downstream activities, increased value addition for local catch, and supported the growth of fisheries-related businesses in the Endau–Mersing corridor.

Jemaluang Dairy Valley was developed to support domestic dairy production through integrated farming, processing and supporting infrastructure.
